While vacuuming does remove some damaging soils that cause it to wear prematurely. The oily soils that remain in the carpet from pets, cooking vapor, and body oils still need to be taken care of.

Carpet manufacturers such as Shaw and Mohawk recommend having your carpet cleaned every 12-18 months to keep up with overall appearance, fiber retention, and warranty.  Over time these oily soils build up and can be harder to remove, causing carpet to fade and become dull. Annual cleaning will ensure your carpet stays fresh and clean.

Walk-thru & Inspection: This is a great time to let us know your concerns, problem areas, and for us to answer any questions you may have. We do a complete inspection of your carpet so that we can identify the type of carpet and prepare the proper cleaning and spotting solutions to clean it.

Vacuuming/Dry Soil Removal:  There are a great number of our clients that vacuum regularly and like to vacuum before we arrive and we greatly appreciate that. We use commercial vacuums designed to remove more dry soil than your typical home vacuum. This step is one of the most important steps to a fresh clean carpet.

Furniture Moving/Content Management: We will move smaller items such as couches, loveseats, chairs, coffee tables, and end tables. We ask that you remove any lamps and other breakables from these items so that they can be safely moved. Large items such as beds, dresses, china cabinets, and entertainment centers will be cleaned around. Pre-Conditioning & Spotting: We are your spot and stain specialists and carry a wide range of spotting products for grease, soda, koolaid, wines, and any other stain imaginable. We also apply a general safe cleaning solution that breaks up the soils that have bonded to the carpet fiber. Our cleaning solution breaks that bond so that they can be rinsed and extracted off the carpet.

Cleaning & Rinsing: We use our truck mounted( steam cleaning ) carpet cleaning machine to rinse and extract the soil, leaving your carpet soft, fresh, and clean.

Quick-Drying: We want you to be able to enjoy your fresh clean carpet quickly so we use special carpet drying fans called airmovers. These airmovers force air downward into the carpet to make any moisture left after extraction evaporate more quickly.

Protector & Groom: Carpet is an investment into your home and one that should be protected. We offer carpet protector that is applied after the cleaning. The carpet protector makes it more difficult for liquids to stain and for soil to bond to the fiber. When carpet is manufactured a protector is applied and over time it breaks down and becomes less effective. Having it reapplied after cleaning can help your carpet to last 50% longer than a carpet's normal lifespan. If you have any questions regarding carpet protector please call or email us. Upholstery or furniture is one of the most often overlooked items in the home that can be cleaned. We spend a lot of time on our couches, loveseats, chairs, dining room chairs, and even mattresses. Just like carpet, your upholstery and other furniture should be cleaned regularly to keep them healthy. Body oils, dead skin cells, pet dander, allergens, and many other things settle on the upholstery.

Upholstery is made of various fiber types, your technician will be able to identify what fiber type and cleaning method that is safe for that piece, and provide an accurate price for cleaning during the walk-thru process. We can clean everything from synthetic and microfiber to natural and fine fabric such as cotton, rayon, and silk.
